Beer - Cuvée Renard

Cuvée Renard. Whiskey barrel aged brut.
More than 15 months of maturation in 4 different Scottish whiskey barrels.
Afterwards disgorged "method champenoise" by Dame Jeanne "Brut d'Anvers" .
Expect slightly vinous aromas, heavy wooden notes, whiskey follows, with a firm, slightly grapefruit bitter finish.
