At Huis Looostermans we believe in sustainability and strive to keep our ecological footprint as small as possible. That's why we have a returns policy that not only protects our planet, but also ensures a seamless shopping experience for you.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 10 days of receiving your order. To return a product, we ask you to contact info@loostermans.be stating your order number and the product you want to return.

Sustainability first

We encourage sustainability in everything we do. Instead of automatically generating return labels, we ask you to take responsibility for returning your products yourself. This way we can reduce unnecessary transport and waste.

Unopened and in original condition

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened and in the same condition as it was received, including the original packaging. We ask that you handle the product with care and ensure that it has not been used before returning it.

Return costs

The costs for returning a product are borne by the customer. When returning a product, we recommend that you use a tracked shipping method so that you can track the shipment and rest assured that it reaches us safely.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will refund the purchase price. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to be processed depending on your payment method.

Exchange product

If you would like to receive another product instead of a refund, we recommend that you place a new order for the desired product. This way we can quickly arrange the delivery of your new product.

Damaged or incorrectly delivered products

If you have received a damaged or incorrectly delivered product, please contact us immediately. We will review the situation and, if necessary, send a replacement product, bearing the shipping costs.

Products that cannot be returned

Please note that certain products, such as personalized items or special orders, cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on gift cards
